How do I assemble my fire pit?
Most of our fire pits are ready to go straight out of the box, and some require very easy assembly of the base. Simply follow the assembly installation instructions above in the Product Details section, or find the assembly instructions here.
Can I use my fire pit anywhere in my backyard?
We recommend using your fire pit on a stable and level surface of non-combustible material, and no closer than 4m to a timber wall. We recommend if you’re using your fire pit on grass, to lay pavers down to ensure the embers don’t fall onto your lawn.
How hot does the fire get?
It’s up to you! This depends on the fuel load you use; our fire pits are designed for wood & charcoal use only. We recommend to build modest fires for the first few uses.
What warranty do you offer?
For our firepits we’re proud to offer an industry leading 10 years structural warranty.
Do I store my fire pit when not in use?
For longevity, we do recommed to store your fire pit under cover or out of the elements when you’re not using it. This will increase the lifespan of your fire pit.
Will my rust fire pit continue to rust?
Your rust fire pit will continue to naturally weather into its durable rustic finish. We do recommend keeping your rust fire pit away from surfaces that may be affected by rust staining.
Will my black fire pit stay black?
Your black fire pit is finished with a black painted surface and with use will age to a natural rust finish over time. Some people love the fact that their black fire pit will go through a gradual phase of rusting, this can look quite cool & make a great looking addition to your space. If you would prefer that your fire pit stays its beautiful sleek black, not to worry! You can use a coat of heat resistant potbelly black paint each season to keep it looking its best!
