We want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, and for you to be completely satisfied with your Milkcan products. We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from time of purchase (excluding custom address signs and decals).
This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
Please select “Submit Form” below and complete all required information. When submitting your claim, please advise as much information as possible, including the product purchased, the issues you are experiencing, and supporting images that will help us to help you quickly.
All returned goods for change of mind purchases are shipped at customer’s own expense. Please note, we recommend using a service such as Interparcel which provides a choice of couriers for return shipping. You will be required to enter shipping dimensions for the product/s you are returning – you can easily find these on our website by searching for your product/s and selecting “Specifications”.

Once we receive your returned product/s, our team will assess if it’s in its original and saleable condition, and if so, the following processes will occur:
If you requested an exchange, our Customer Service team will contact you within 3 business days to facilitate a new product being sent to you.
If you requested a refund, your refund will then be processed onto your original payment method. Please note depending on your bank, a refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Please check all your products upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any faults, damages, incorrect items or missing parts.
Please note re-shipping and re-packaging fees do not apply for faulty or damaged items. Our Customer Service team will assist you with how to proceed in this case once we receive your request.
Custom signs & decals are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind.
If you have already discarded the original packaging, you can use the best packaging material that you can find to package the item sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us. If the product is not in its original packaging ready for resale, a repacking fee of 20% of the full product price may apply and be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges/returns can also be done in person– simply bring your product/s to our showroom at 56 Northgate Drive, Thomastown during the hours below:
