These warranties apply to faults or defects of the product material or workmanship of the product, and do not apply to faults caused by accidental damage, collision/impact, misuse, incorrect installation, extreme weather conditions, or normal wear and tear/use. Warranty will also not apply to any changes, alterations or modifications made to the product.
What is the warranty period for letterboxes?
5 year structural
What is covered by 'structural' warranty?
Structural warranty covers defects that affect the integrity and usage of the product. Cosmetic damage, eg. powder coat finish, is not covered by structural warranty.
What is not covered by this warranty?
Accidental damage, including collision or impact, misuse of product, incorrect installation, extreme weather conditions, normal wear and tear over time, cosmetic damage, alterations or modifications made to product either pre or post installation (including the installation of stud mount numbers into a letterbox).
Is rusting covered by this warranty?
Our powder coat letterboxes are all zinc coated and then protected with the durable powder coat finish. Similar to a car, only when a surface is exposed to the elements will there be potential for rusting. Our structural warranty will cover any rusting issues occurring naturally, not due to damages or alterations.
Please note, our stud mount numbers are not recommended for installation on letterboxes, as drilling into the letterbox will expose the surface and this may lead to rusting in those areas. If these numbers are installed into a letterbox against our recommendations, this will void the warranty for both the letterbox and the numbers.
Will I receive a brand new letterbox if a part of my letterbox is faulty?
Depending on the individual circumstance, and product, in the instance that a fault occurs with a specific part that can be replaced, we reserve the right to provide a replacement for this faulty part only.
What if I have a warranty claim on a letterbox that is no longer available?
As we are constantly updating and expanding our range, if your current letterbox is no longer for sale, and your warranty claim is approved, we will work with you to find the most suitable and compatible alternative as a replacement.

Will I receive a brand new fire pit if a part of my fire pit is faulty?
Depending on the individual circumstance, and product, in the instance that a fault occurs with a specific part that can be replaced (e.g the base), we reserve the right to provide a replacement for this faulty part only.
Will my steel fire pit rust and is this covered by warranty?
Our rust fire pits will continue to naturally weather into a durable rustic finish. Our black fire pits are finished with a high temperature black painted surface that is resistant to heat but not water. If left uncovered in the elements, it will age to a natural rust finish. This rusting process for fire pits is not covered by structural warranty. For longevity, we recommend to store your fire pit under cover or out of the elements when you’re not using it, and the use of a compatible fire pit rain cover will assist in additional protection and slow the rusting process.
What is the warranty period for ethanol fire pits and accessories?
12 month manufacturer warranty.
What is not covered by the ethanol fire pit warranty?
Chips and scratches are not covered by this warranty. Natural variation in colour, texture and porosity may occur and are considered inherent and valued qualities of the material. Non-structural hairline cracks are possible, and shall not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Ethanol accessories are only covered by warranty for use with compatible and recommended ethanol fire pits.
What is the warranty period for fire pit accessories (excluding ethanol accessories)?
2 year structural
What fire pit accessories are covered by this warranty?
The 2 year structural warranty covers timber table tops, grills, ember screens, firewood storage units, seating, rain covers and utensils.
What is the warranty period for house numbers, signs and decals?
7 year structural

Our custom house address signs have been designed to be applied to your letterbox, fence, brick or render using a construction adhesive only (Liquid Nails Fast Grab). Please note that attempting to drill or screw these signs into your chosen surface may damage the sign, and will also void your warranty.

The 12 month warranty for decor covers indoor loungers and ottomans, towels, throw blankets, bean bags and rugs.
What is the warranty for pots?
Our pot range is sold with a chip free guarantee on arrival.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
