We ship Australia wide Monday to Friday, from our warehouse in Melbourne direct to your door.
We will continue dispatching orders until Friday 22nd December, but with the busy holiday season in full swing, and potential courier delays, we aren’t able to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to give us, and our couriers, the best chance to deliver your products on time.

How many beans do I need to fill the lounger and ottoman covers?
Loungers require approximately 290L.
Round ottomans require approximately 40L.
Square ottomans require approximately 60L.
I think my bean bag is broken, the zipper is missing?
Don’t worry, your zipper is not broken or missing. For safety reasons for children, the zip has been removed from the product. You can use a paper clip to open and close your bean bag, taking special care to remove the paper clip from the product once closed.
