Still have questions?
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an ember screen and a fire pit cover?
The ember screen can be used for small to medium fires, and can be used while the fire is still burning. The main purpose of an ember screen is to prevent embers and sparks flying out of the fire pit.
The fire pit covers are designed to protect your fire pit and accessories when not in use. Using a cover on your fire pit and accessories will prevent rusting or fading from rain and the sun, and also keeps the fire pit clean and dry ready to burn at any time.
You will need to ensure all coals have been extinguished and the fire pit has cooled completely before placing the cover on top.
Can I use a fire pit cover over my ember screen?
Yes, our rain covers are designed to fit over their compatible ember screen, if you prefer to leave the screen on the fire pit when not in use.
My fire pit cover got dirty after strong winds, what is the best way to clean it?
If your cover requires a clean, we recommend first giving it a brush down to remove any loose dirt or dust, and then using some water and a gentle microfiber cloth to wipe down. Alternatively, you can also it hose down.
