We want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, and for you to be completely satisfied with your Milkcan products.
If you change your mind, we will accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase provided the product/s are unused, unassembled and in resaleable condition (some exclusions apply*).
Please note that we reserve the right to deny a change of mind return/refund if the product/s are damaged or not in their original or resaleable condition.
This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
Once you have submitted the above return request, please organise to return your product/s (with completed returns form) back to us via one of the methods below:

Please note, all returned goods for ‘Change of mind’ purchases are organised and shipped at a customer’s own expense.
We recommend using a service such as Interparcel which provides a choice of couriers for return shipping(If you have already discarded the original packaging, you can use the best packaging material that you can find to package the item sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us. If the product is not in its original packaging ready for resale, a repacking fee of 20% of the full product price may apply and be deducted from your refund)
Once we receive the returned product/s, our team will assess if they are in their original and resaleable condition.
If these requirements are met, the refund for the full purchase price of the product/s will then be processed onto your original payment method.
Please note depending on your bank, a refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. If there are any concerns regarding the condition of the returned product/s, one of our friendly customer service team will contact you to discuss further.
If you were wanting to exchange for another product, we recommend following the process above to return your current product/s for a refund, and simply placing a new order online for your required product/s.
- Delivery fees and charges are non-refundable for ‘Change of mind’ returns.
- Our custom address signs and decals are made to order. As we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, orders for custom signs and decals are unable to be cancelled once the order has been placed, and once received they cannot be returned for change of mind.
- Foam filled loungers and ottomans are unable to be returned for change of mind once the foam packaging has been opened and the foam has expanded.
Please check all your products upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any faults, damages, incorrect items or missing parts. Please submit a Warranty claim for any faulty or damaged products here.
Please note re-shipping and re-packaging fees do not apply for faulty or damaged items. Our Customer Service team will assist you with how to proceed in this case once we receive your request.
