How many beans do I need to fill the lounger and ottoman covers?
Lounger requires approximately 290L
Round and square ottomans both require approximately 60L
I think my bean bag is broken, the zipper is missing?
Don’t worry, your zipper is not broken or missing. For safety reasons for children, the zip has been removed from the product. You can use a paper clip to open and close your bean bag, taking special care to remove the paper clip from the product once closed.
How do I fill the lounger with beans?
An instruction tag will be included with the product for you to refer to easily.
1. Unzip the bean bag cover (thicker material) and fill with beans
2.The bean bag cover includes a detachable outer liner. Zip this outer liner and the inner liner together and push this into the bean bag.
3. Zip up the bean bag with a paper clip (we do not include a zipper on the outside for safety reasons), and remove paper clip.
** The liner itself is not to be filled with beans – the beans must go directly into the thicker bean bag cover – the purpose of the liner is to hold the beans when the actual cover is being washed or replaced**
Is foam filling or beans better?
This depends purely on customer preference – the inner foam will be softer, whereas using beans will be firmer.
How do I clean my lounger?
If your lounger requires a clean, we recommend first giving it a brush down to remove any loose dirt or dust, and then using some water and a gentle microfiber cloth to wipe down. Alternatively, you can also hose down.
Will my lounger go mouldy if left outside?
As with all outdoor products, and especially with the current Australian climate, the outdoor loungers and ottomans could be susceptible to mould after some time. You can prepare a mixture of warm water and mild detergent, and apply the soapy mixture using a soft bristle brush. Hose down thoroughly once done and then place upright in the sun to dry.
