At Milkcan we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however we understand change of mind does happen and products may not suit, so we will happily accept returns or exchanges.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can exchange or return within 30 days from time of purchase.
Please email [email protected] letting us know whether you would like to either exchange or refund your purchase, noting your order number. You will find your order number at the top of your confirmation email from Milkcan.
Once your email has been received, one of our customer service team will contact you.
All customers wanting to obtain a refund must send back their purchase to the following address;

– We will gladly accept an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase
– Returned goods must be in saleable condition and include the purchase receipt and the original Milkcan packaging.
– If product is not in its original packaging ready for resale, a repacking fee may apply.
– Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges back to Milkcan.
– Returns will be refunded at the price at time of purchase
– Shipping costs will not be refunded if change of mind
– Please note all returned goods are shipped at customers own expense.
– Refunds are processed within 48 hours upon receiving the goods and are refunded in the same manner as the original payment. Please note depending on your bank, the processing of a refund can take up to 5 business days.
– Exchanges can be made at the Milkcan shop in Thomastown, simply bring your items to our shop between 9am to midday Monday to Friday and our customer support team will help you out.
