All orders of in stock items – excluding custom sign orders – are dispatched within 24 hours.
If you’ve added a custom decal to your purchase, please note these take 5-10 business days to make, which means your whole order won’t be shipped until it’s ready. If you’d like your letterbox dispatched same day, simply place a separate order for your letterbox.
How will my order be delivered?
We ship all orders using express couriers Australia wide. The friendly delivery driver will leave your parcel at your home, where you specify on check out. Please take note of the packaging dimensions in the Product Details above, so you can plan for the size carton arriving.

Can I install my letterbox with the slant on the left side?
The Monaco is designed to have the slant on the right side, and at this stage can’t be changed, as the internal box is fixed to that design.

You can. Your letterbox will arrive with printed installation instructions, but you can also print your copy here.
Can I install my letterbox any other way?
To ensure you warranty is not void, we recommend you follow our instructions supplied. Please do not install your letterbox into wet concrete, as this can damage the structure of your letterbox.

We recommend installing our specially designed stick on house numbers for our concrete pillars. This ensures the safety of your letterbox during installation, and completes the look with a modern, sleek design.
