When will my order be dispatched?
All custom sign orders are made to order, and take roughly 2-3 weeks to make. Once your sign is ready we’ll ship your order straight to your door.
Please note, if you purchase other items on the same order as your custom sign, we’ll hold your whole order, and ship all your items together, once your custom sign is ready.
If you’d like your other items dispatched within our usual shipping time of 24 hours, simply place a separate order for your non-custom items.
How will my order be delivered?
We ship all orders using express couriers Australia wide. The friendly delivery driver will leave your parcel at your home, where you specify on check out. Please take note of the packaging dimensions in the Product Details above, so you can plan for the size of the carton arriving.

Your custom house sign arrives ready to affix to your wall/letterbox. Simply use some construction adhesive (Liquid Nails Fast Grab), and apply to the back of your sign, and adhere to your surface.
