Milkcan Shipping Policy

Milkcan ship straight to your door Australia wide

Calculate shipping to your door, by adding your items into your cart, on the cart review page enter your postcode to receive your shipping cost

- Please specify where your parcel can be left if you're not home at time of delivery. If nothing is specified, we assume you accept your delivery terms of authority to leave and the driver will leave your parcel at the front door
- If a delay is likely to occur beyond our control we will advise you where we can
- We try to process your orders as quick as possible, and if you order before midday Monday to Friday, your order will be packed and sent the same day
- For all other times, your order will be sent the next business days
- We do NOT ship to PO Boxes
- We recommend selecting an address where delivery of your goods will be safe, and someone there to accept your parcel eg. Work address
- Please note drivers are unable to call you prior to delivery, so please carefully select an address where someone will be present, or safe to leave your parcel
- Tracking info will be sent via email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Don’t worry if you don’t see any tracking events at first, updates can take overnight to be updated to Startracks system
- To track your order, simply click the tracking number link sent via email
- We don't ship on weekends or Public holidays
- If delivery is required urgently, please contact us immediately on (03) 9464 6964 and we can try arrange delivery for a potential extra cost


Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address, telephone number and any delivery instructions on checkout to ensure successful delivery of your order.  If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect, impartial or an incomplete address, you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Once your order has been dispatched details such as address are unable to be updated or changed.

- Delivery can take from 1 to 5 business days to metro areas, and 7 business days to the rest of Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays). Check our handy table below to see deliveries to your area

Milkcan Online Returns/Exchanges

At Milkcan we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So that we can deliver a great Milkcan experience, even when you are returning or exchanging:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can exchange or refund within 21 days.

Please email enquiries@milkcan.com.au confirming your desire to either exchange or refund your purchase, noting your order number. You will find your order number at the top of your confirmation email from MILKCAN. Customer service will advise you accordingly.

Important information:

All customers wanting to obtain a refund must send back their purchase to the following address;

- The customer service division of Milkcan operates Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm.  If in doubt, call 03 9464 6964 for customer service. We will gladly guide you through the returns/exchange process.
- We will gladly accept an exchange or refund within 21 days of the purchase date on your receipt.  Returned merchandise must be in sellable condition and include the purchase receipt and the original Milkcan packaging.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges to Milkcan.
- For returns without a receipt we will make an exchange at the current selling price of the item.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours upon receiving the goods and are refunded in the same manner as the original payment.  Please note depending on your bank, the processing of a refund can take up to 5 business days.
- Exchanges can be made at the Milkcan office, drop by the office during business hours and our customer support team will help you out.
- When refunding product, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Please note all returned goods are shipped at customers own expense.
